It's been three weeks since my claim and every time I send information to So-Sure, they find a new problem. One person asked me to forward emails to prove ownership, only for the next person to say they could only accept PDFs of information. Super poor service and I will cancel as soon as possible. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
