Extremely Good Value!

They might bee we the cheapest but they give you the most. This is my second year with One Call. Last year home and this year it’s car and home insurance. Never claimed so I can’t review that but they were great when I had to ring with a query.. just good value for your money. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

You could not beat the service you receive

Honestly I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and I was dreading phoning anyone and admitting that I’d messed up my finances. I needn’t have worried! Every single person I spoke to were so caring and friendly! They made me feel very at ease and never once made me feel bad for being awful with my money. If I could recommend this service to everyone I would. From start to finish they made me feel special and they really looked after me. They explained everything every step of the way. They understood I wasn’t keen on speaking on the telephone and they text me or emailed me. But most of all they made my fears go away. I didn’t mind accepting a call from them because every single lady I spoke to was unbelievably amazing. Thank you! If you have money worries, these are the people to use!
