Really helpful, friendly,

I contacted payplan when I was really struggling. They were amazing from day one and making sure I wasn’t over estimating how much could pay back due to panic of debt. They go through everything, helping you realise where you spend your money and Then take all the stress away from dealing with creditors for you. They also are friendly, and helpful and with my mental health I’ve found it so helpful that I can just message them instead of having to ring and make my anxiety feel worse. They review the plan every year to check if I can afford to pay back more to help reduce quicker or say recently it has had to lower due to current finances. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling to keep on top of debt. Thank you for all you have done so far and hope it continues to be this helpful throughout my plan. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
