Really helped me sort both my finance and head space out! Thank you Payplan

When I initially contacted Payplan, I really wasn't sure what to expect. My head was all over the place and I couldn't and my debt had spiralled out of control! The advisor was so good and took all the details and went through the process meticulously whilst explaining what the next steps were and how it would impact my financial checks for the next few years. Although I was still apprehensive about everything, the advisor helped me understand it in plain and simple terms and sent me out documentation that I needed to read and double check before making any decisions. Not only was it simple, quite quick and easy - it really helped my mental health and this is something I am and will remain extremely grateful for. Despite everything - the Payplan team treated me with respect and ultimately sorted out my situation and have made both my financial burden ease but also my head space. Thank you again Payplan.
