PayPlan *Literally* Saved My Life

It was around 2014, I remember that day that I first joined PayPlan. I was in a real sad and dark place after been made redundant, I had hardly slept for 14 days and I had lost weight at a rapid rate. I was really poorly and the first 5 minutes of the call I had with PP put me at instant ease. Thinking back at the constant stream of template letters, calls and texts from creditors just sends a shudder down my spine. My concerns about these again were put to rest by the team at PayPlan. I’m now several years into my plan and get yearly reviews with my agent, whilst I’m slowly recovering, my mindset has completely changed, I’m back on the right path and PayPlan have made me live without (too much!) worry lingering over me. I’m happy and that dark cloud that was leaving me crippled every day has been replaced by sunshine. I owe PP a lot and they have proven to be a big part of my life growing up. I’m very grateful and it means the world to me that I’m becoming “freer” every single month. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
