Caring, compassionate and reassuring

We found ourselves in dire financial straits after my business failed through changes in the market. Our financial advisor recommended a debt management plan and I contacted PayPlan. Rather than feeling humiliated and intimidated I felt understood, valued and reassured. This was 4 years ago now and throughout this time they have continued to be there for us whenever we needed advice or guidance.
