Professional, good digital platform, good service

Obviously very stressful circumstances I needed help from Payplan, being in serious financial difficulty. They were supportive, by making clear what information I needed to provide and then managing the process, to reach an agreement. Since having the plan in place, they have taken forward any issues with creditors not acting in compliance with the agreement, resolving this and keeping me updated. All communications are polite and supportive with the team acting promptly with any queries or issues I have. Really grateful for this service and assistance, I would be in a complete mess without.
