Helped me to see light at the end of a very long tunnel

After breaking my leg and being self employed I very quickly realised that I was in trouble financially. I spoke to my bank and they referred me to Payplan. I was embarrassed at the position I had found myself in, everyone I spoke to listened to me, no judgment just advice and reassurance that they could help me. Within 2 months everything was sorted and I’m now on a plan that is working. I feel that a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They certainly know their stuff and should be recognised for it. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
