Worst experience ever with TSB - must read

Terrible bank, I had was defrauded by a criminal who stole my card, I promptly called the fraud department as advised by CS but they gave me such a hard time basically making me feel as if I’m lying and they said there will be no refund because I need to prove that it was fraud. I was so broken being that I experienced a terrible episode and now I also need TSB bank to behave like shameless criminals. I had no choice but to take this case to the Financial Ombudsman Service which I waited 3 months but the investigator finally ruled in my favour within 2 weeks of taking on the case, and TSB have now been forced to refund the fraudulent charges plus a large compensation amount as she said that TSB were wrong to behave in this way. They credited the money but no letter or any apology from them. They’re the worst bank. They behave like criminals. But the pain and worries I’ve experienced till then was so bad that no money can take away their rude and disrespectful behaviour. I will now be moving to 2 different banks where I asked around the experience is much better. TAKE MY ADVICE DONT TOUCH THIS BANK. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022
