Nightmare to get in touch with

Broke down and it was a nightmare to get in touch with someone from RAC. Then I was told we'd need to wait 4-7 hours before help would arrive, when my car had broken down on a dangerous country lane, so I ended having to pay for someone to come out to fix the car. Will be switching breakdown cover! Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
