Had a payment go into my account of £3,660

Had a payment go into my account of £3,660, and was told it would clear Friday, if not the next day, it is now Monday, the payment is still pending, i have been told it was escalated to another team. Pockit can not give me a time frame for when this team will get back to me. Also an update: Lily: You have been fully advised on this issue should you continue to come through live chat regarding this we will treat this as spam and will need to take further action.
