Giving financial services a human interface

I often get a bit anxious dealing with financial institutions because I don’t know how I will be treated or if I’ll get the best advice because of my race and economic status. That’s why I do all my business with the credit union. The staff are approachable and honest, providing appropriate answers to questions in a professional and respectful way.
