Awful company.

Shocking company. No one to speak to, e mails are ignored. I am a cancer patient and they have no compassion, still sending threatening letters whilst an application to write off the balance is pending, and they refuse to answer e mails complaining. Phone calls are constantly met with the answer of, sorry no one is available at the moment. This has been going on for weeks. I have reported their lack of customer care and availability to the FCA.
