I was one of the unfortunate ones whose Lloyds account was changed to TSB when there was a split up. It has got worse, a year or two back you used to be able to actually get through to someone before 10pm - now it is 5.30pm. I moved house 2 years ago and despite actually changing address verbally over the phone with someone at TSB (only way) it still is old address - with strangers getting my bank statements. The online banking is temperamental, the multiple payments often won't work and you each month I have to make my usual payments in several goes instead of one. Just avoid like the plague... if you don't bank with them already use any other bank but them. Reviewed on: 7th June 2022
