Helpful, understanding and sympathetic

No one likes to get into debt, the shame and anxiety it causes. It took me months to realise I needed help and to take that step to contact someone. From the start Payplan were there to help and advise with understanding and sympathy. The ease of setting up my DMP was amazing, faultless.
