Zopa's products: my key partner on my financial journey

Having moved from paying off two loans to saving for my family's future, Zopa's products, customer service and the clarity and simplicity of their website and their App, have been a huge factor in my financial journey and I would recommend that anyone partner with them, to make the most of their financial future. Clear, fair, simple and accessible from the first day to the last.

Clear overall cost and fair rates right from the off and a well laid out, simple to understand and accessible portal for the duration of the loan. I can't recommend Zopa highly enough! Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Up-front-clarity, sensible rates and accessible on-line statements and content. Brilliant!

My Zopa loan was arranged on-line, with minimal jargon and information rich feedback. I regularly visit the on-line loan portal to view my statement. Overall, Zopa gave clear and concise advise, a sensible rate and on the couple of occasions that I have had verbal contact with Zopa's call centre, the advice has also been clear and to the point and all put across with in a helpful and non-condescending manner.
