A real lifeline

Staff very helpful and took away the shame I felt about being in debt. They helped me to work out what I could actually afford and did all the hard work contacting my creditors. Before I spoke to them I was virtually suicidal. They quite literally saved my life Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

I got my dignity back

I was in terrible trouble with my debts, everything had spiralled out of control, but the staff at Pay Plan were so calm, they helped me to look at things rationally and got a a payment plan set up. It was amazing having someone take the unpleasantness of contacting creditors out of your hands and being so non-judgemental, it really gave me back my dignity. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
