Would give Zero Stars if this was possible

They never answer the phone! After receiving an email from them suggesting I set up an M Plus Acct (already have a current account with them so they have my details) but the online form says my phone number is wrong (it isn't) but there is nowhere to change it! I've twice waited over 30 minutes being told "my call will be answered shortly - their definition of "shortly" is very different to mine! I've given up and will go somewhere else Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
