What can I say? The calm after the storm. StepChange is an excellent debt advice agency. I called them all panicky and stressed. From the moment I got to speak with an adviser, I started feeling relieved knowing and that there is a light up ahead somewhere. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

A source of calm in a storm

In this era of immense challenges of all sorts, the staff at PayPlan proved to be a good break at the right time. They helped me to remember to breath again as these situations could be overpowering in themselves . They truly understand what the customer is going through and their experience soon becomes very evident in the way they relate to the customer and their grasp of the situation. They take the time to listen (they truly listen) to and go through the options available and applicable to your circumstances. They then go through a few options with you and make a recommendation based on the solution most appropriate to your circumstances. I would very much recommend them Reviewed on: 9th June 2022
