Brilliant if you get the right person

When I first started out it was brilliant, the lady who dealt with my case was lovely and very helpful, out me at ease and it was very big relief but now I have somebody else and they make me feel a little embarrassed about my situation, almost small if that makes sense, also I got in touch because I didn't think i would be able to manage the payments and he didn't reply, I haven't bothered since because I don't want to talk to him. A weight was lifted off my shoulders

All of the people who I have spoken to regarding my situation have been so helpful and very understanding, it's very embarrassing getting into a rut with finances but they made me feel better and helped me out alot, I really did feel a weight lifted I actually cried.
