Just spent £75 of billable time waiting to speak to one of their business people to ask a couple of questions - but to no avail as I had a scheduled meeting next with an actual start time so I couldn't wait any longer. You can, it seems, now book an appointment - wow, what an innovation - but only by going into the branch to book one, which is a 30 minute trip in the first place. It's clearly all designed for their own convenience.
