Excellent empathy at all times!!

I have had support on numerous occasions from Partner's which include falling on hard times due to personal health issues, a family member passing away and falling behind on my loan repayments due to reduced income. On every occasion I have been met with friendly customer service who has shown great empathy towards me and the difficulties I faced. I have been supported all the time with a non-judgemental attitude in my times of despair. The knowledgeable staff put me at ease with the emergency I faced. I have been a member for close to 10 years and have only ever been met with jovial professionalism. Reviewed on: 11th June 2022
