Not impressed

Actually claiming a lot less than originally advised but still having to ring up to chase this. Have been told on one occasion it will be paid in 5 days, the second occasion it would be “dealt with urgently” and the last time, it would be again “dealt with urgently, ring up in a week if you do not hear”. I will be contacting them again tomorrow. When I asked last week if I could speak to someone in charge, I was told that only they could contact them and then only by EMail. Shocking service so far and will not use them again. Reviewed on: 12th June 2022
