Personal service from human beings

I’ve had mortgages with MMBS for over 20 years and have always appreciated their combination of personal customer service and non-profit ethos. The latest interaction has been a re-mortgage as one discounted deal ended and I switched to a fixed rate. We accomplished this in less than 48 hours and no fuss. Special shout-out to Billy in the Mortgage Retentions Team who helped make the process smooth, easy and - dare I say it? - even enjoyable. :) Reviewed on: 28th June 2022
