Horrible service

Never sign up again! My car was hit in a carpark, and I reported claim on the day. Now it's been almost a week, it is still unsettled yet. My car has not being picked up to repair, neither a replacement car provided. I have been spent hours every day to chase up, and everytime I was told different stories. First I was told my have no liability, will get my car repaired and replacement car in next day, which didn't happen of course. Then I was told there is no third party for th...
