Getting my family through during hard times

Glasgow Credit Union have been a lifeline for me, my husband and our two small kids over the last few years, particularly aiding us when moving into our new home and in needing many home improvements. Their customer service is amazing, you can tell they really care for you as a customer and want the best for you. If a payment is missed, they aren’t hounding you for it but asking if everything’s okay and if you need further support. Their incentive to save as well as borrow is always welcomed as you find your loans pay off quicker or you have money aside for a rainy day. They are easy to contact and the whole process of borrowing has been easy, quick and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
