Worst card company

Got this card for a balance transfer, completed the transfer and destroyed the card. Yet they have damaged my credit file by marking a cash withdrawal as being made. After speaking on live chat and sending the conversation from exifax to them i’v still not been contacted by anyone regarding getting this sorted. needless to say I will be closing the account next month after clearing the balance.
