Friendly and efficient: accessible by phone

The Society has been helpful from the start, right from before the mortgage was granted. It is always possible to speak to someone competent on the phone. They write sensible letter addressing one's personal situation. Everyone has been friendly. Reviewed on: 5th July 2022
