Great personal service!

Great personal service

The thing that sets the Newbury apart from other lenders, in my opinion, is the personal service one receives. On the very rare occasions that you might want to call them the phone is answered directly by a human being who, generally puts you through directly a person who then helps you. Value for money and personal service

I have had successive mortgages with the Newbury over the last few years and their customer service is personal and, in my experience, second to none. You speak to a human being without going on hold and they deal with your query. The rates are competitive and I was delighted that they didn't pass on the recent interest hike, having reduced rates when it went down. Recommended! Reviewed on: 4th January 2018
