Great service

Axa provides great value on their car insurance products and their staff are very helpful, respectful, courteous and professional. Any issues are dealt with efficiently and with minimum time and fuss and a comparison of their products with other car insurance companies illustrates Axa to be leading the way in how to treat the customer fairly. Atrocious, deceitful service

This bank employs persons whom are dishonest, give undertakings which they fail to address, treat the customer unfairly, indeed unlawfully. Evidence and witness statements suggest this bank to be of such a poor standard it is amazing it is allowed to continue trading. Complaints are not dealt with professionally and court action appears to be the only way to address this banks disregard for duty of care, obligations and their mission statement. Avoid if you value your mental and financial well being as this bank cares for neither. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
