Terrible experience with Marshamallow.

Not only are the agents incompetent,they're also incredi ly rude ,unhelpful and manipulative.Avoid this company at all costs because it will only add to the stress in times of difficulty. They do not respond to texts ,do not take phone calls.If they do respond to texts its only after a week by which time the weekend rolls around and we have now not got our car back after 6 weeks and still counting.And after that they tell us that insurance will not cover our claim.They work at a snails pace and reply to messages even slower.Its like responding to a pigeon carrying messages.They are not just apathetic and rude they simply do not care.
