They are good at what they do!

I have had great customer service every time I call and the app or website looks great and never has errors or they don’t do maintenance at the most inconvenient time. Payments are reliable and fast. Sometimes I feel like they recognise that I am a good customer so if I have any issues or need a refund, they just do it really fast. Maybe that’s just what a good company does.
