Very helpful

Difficult situation re mortgaging my truesteel framed home in which I have lived for more than 20 years. Very helpful face to face contact in which the mortgage advisor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very reassuring. Just a brilliant local service in an era of faceless online form filling.
