A complete let-down

I have always thought that Saga was a trusted name in insurance. However after the treatment I have received over the last three trying to settle a claim after someone crashed into us I cannot express anything but disappointment. Saga washed their hands completely of the case, referring us to their underwriters who bogged us down in a lengthy legal dispute even though the other driver admitted full responsibility.
