First class service when needed the most

Had a bump, cv exceeded my expectations. Even rang back next day to see how I was. Above and beyond. Then needed assistance on a Sunday in remote Scottish area and there within 2 hours. Again rang again to confirm I was okay Reviewed on: 27th September 2025

Only know the value of cover ..

Only know the value of cover if your have an accident or vehicle problem. I’ve had both. 100% satisfaction in both cases, last on a Sunday, remote Scottish location and only 2 hours. The problem was rectified but I could have been transported over 250 miles home. A trustworthy company Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

What you find when you e had an accident

This is when you find out about how good your insurer is. Great when taking your money. Even better when sorting out my claim. So smooth from start to finish. Could choose my own local 5* repairer paid for by my 5* company. They even checked up a few days after the accident to (1) see how I was and (2) is there anything else they could do to speed up the process. Fortunately mine was 1mph bump in a car park so still drivable but 100% fantastic service from the whole team. You’ll always have my vote Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
