they have basically confiscated my money

after waiting two weeks to receive my card it finally arrived and my sister loaded some money on to it. After the money failed to clear i contacted Pockit only to find out I needed to post them proof of address, ID and a print screen of the payment and that it would take a number of days to clear. This is ridiculous, I chose the pockit account as i have moved country and it seemed like the perfect way to manage my money while I get myself settled. I was relying on this money t...
