Excellent service following an accident

I was involved in an accident last year where a vehicle went into the back of my caravan causing extensive damage. The initial response was frustrating as Ripe wanted proof of ownership! Difficult to demonstrate when in the middle of the Welsh countryside and adding more stress to an extremely stressful situation. However once sorted Ripe were extremely helpful and patient as the repair took 9 months due to the difficulty in sourcing spares. Ripe settled the claim in full. If not for the initial response I would have awarded Ripe 5 stars. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022
