Great customer service and low interest loan

Have a member of this wonderful credit union for a good while, 15 years to be precise and I would say its customer service is second to none. Every time I make contact with staff at the branch in person or by phone they're ever so helpful, respectful and approachable. The admin team is also very responsive and efficient. Amongst my favourite products is their low interest loans which I have taken numerous times for all sorts of things from holiday to home improvements. I won't hesitate to recommend their services and products to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 24th May 2023

Excellent flexible loans and great repayment rates

I have been a member since 2008 and I have enjoyed borrowing money at excellent repayment rates which perhaps you cannot get from other lenders. I would vouch for SCU as responsible and caring lender. Reviewed on: 4th August 2022
