Complaint with SafetyNet …
I’ve raised a complaint with SafetyNet Credit and legally they had 8 weeks to look into it and provide me with an outcome. 7 weeks, 6 days and 23 hours later I got an email saying they are still looking into it. Whenever I’m contacting them, their answer is the same. Luckily I’ve been advised to report it to Financial Ombudsman what I did, fingers crossed they will help
