Quick claim process, terrible repair

Everything up to bike going out for repair was great and I couldn’t wait to give a 5 star review. But then the bike arrived, poorly serviced and with couple of damages done by the repair partner company. When complaining about this, YellowJersey pushed back, hinting that I’ve caused these damages prior to the service. I’ve got pictures to proof but that’s not enough for them. I now have a bike that is out of the road since April and still waiting for amends in August. Painful process. So here’s your 1 star review Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
