Chase always put the customer first !

Everything with Chase is about making the customer feel no.1. App is very easy to use and the ability to open savings accounts smooth. Payments and setting up new payees is very quick. Chase offer interest on current and all savings accounts with no monthly account fee. Having a physical card is also convenient. I found the loan process with My Community Bank very smooth and personal experience. Online forms and information request was very clear. I had a follow up call with a very friendly and Bank representative. Following acceptance funding was swift. I find the website very clear. you can always check payments made, payments schedule and also get and instant settlement figure. Extra payments are also easy to do. I have no complaints only praise.
