Wonderful service, straightforward and friendly

I am so impressed with the service i have received. My loan was in the bank within 2 hours, paperwork was so quick and simple. Really straightforward service. Notification each month before payment was taken. Really impressed and will definitely recommend my community bank to friends and family. Such a friendly, user friendly service. Truly am so grateful, you helped us at a time we were struggling and it meant we could consolidate to a much lower APR. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
