Put people at the heart of the company

This approach to banking fits with my views of how financial systems should work. Customers, not shareholders, are at the at the heart of this company so we get the best savings rates. My Community Bank also gives great customer service, easy to read documentation and easy to use website, with staff always friendly and willing to assist with any queries. It's great to be able to deal with everything online but also know I can call and speak to someone if I need to. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
