DMP experience is a 10/10!

DMP experience is a 10/10! I easily and quickly got started and the fact that the service is free is amazing. The case managers could be a bit more responsive, as it seems their attentiveness decreases after the DMP has started but either way I have not needed to get in touch with them as the process is smooth via Direct Debit every month.
