A new way of thinking

For me banking used to be cold, intimidating, old fashioned and complicated. FIrst bank have thrown out the rule book and came up with an approach to banking and customer service which is how I would want it to be done if were up to me. Friendly staff when you call (And they actually answer) well thought out, and easy to use app, good security and availability of ATMs or tellers at recognised locations. A great servcice!
