A helping hand when others turned there back.

2018 I got a CCJ due to a relationship breakup and finances running out of control. Fast-forward to Jan 2022, I needed to finance a car to use as a Taxi. Since my CCJ I hadn’t missed a payment on anything. But my ‘Score’ was still damaged because of the CCJ. FR were able to see passed this blip, and the underwriter manually assessed my repayment ability and signed off the loan. Scores and models are great. But like most things in life, there are exceptions. FR looking at my repayment history on an individual basis, not a score allowed them to make the exception sometimes needed.
