Having not had any finance in a number of years, the call handler was very nice. Wasn't judgemental of me when I was answering all the questions. First Response has tailored my repayments to suit exactly when my wages are going in. This is so helpful as I'm not tied to a date once a month. My call handler was very professional and I had a laugh with him as I wasn't always at home when he called. I didn't actually go for the first car that I applied for, but they were patient and waited with my approval until I found the right car for me Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
