Understand, helpful and efficient

When I first got a car on finance with them, I was having issues after issue with the car they informed me that I could swap my car which I ended up doing. Of for what ever reason a payment missed they'd offer any help if I needed it. When my current cars alternator went I was so worried about where I was going to find the cash to pay for the repair. After speaking to them I learned that as it was under a year and a certain repair they could offer assistance to pay for this. Not had any issues with the company and always a friendly person on the other end of the phone. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
