Customer focused

As a bad credit scorer, I used First Response to finance my commercial vehicle but rather than decline my application, the customer advisor called and outlined alternative options which suited my circumstances. They worked around the best possible solution and helped secure a particular amount to finance. It's the whole customer experience that I appreciate and without them, there was no way I could finance this commercial vehicle. Big thumbs up to First Response. Ps. Their text service to follow up payments is also a good touch, the way it's set up is excellent and very consumer oriented :) Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
