Customer orientated

I’d be off work since before the first Covid lockdown and couldn’t pay the finance payments, instead of repossessing my car, they worked with me and I resumed payments when I did manage to get back into work, I asked to make extra payments to work away at the arrears and they were happy enough to work with me due to the circumstances. Couldn’t fault the company at all. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
